People and Performance Development (HRD) Internship

Description

This is a 24-month internship position in People and Performance Development (HRD) at Exxaro Corporate Centre (The ConneXXion). Preference will be given to candidates residing in communities surrounding the internship location.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with the training programme
• Adhere to company rules and regulations
• Successfully complete selection processes, interviews, psychometric assessments, and medical fitness assessments

Qualifications

• National Diploma / BTech / BCom in Human Resource Development or Human Resource Management
• ETDP Level 5 with a Technical Qualification (Essential/Minimum)
• A valid driver’s license
• Must be younger than 30 years
